Step 1: Identify the Need

M² works closely with you to determine exactly what you are trying to accomplish, to establish success metrics, and to evaluate the best way to get there.

Step 2: Define the Engagement
M² creates a document that outlines your business problem, the expected timing for the engagement, the consulting expertise required, the estimated budget, and the quantifiable value to your business. We finalize this document with your input and approval.

Step 3: Select the Consultant or Consulting Team
M² identifies the consultants best-suited to deliver results for your specific project and situation. You receive a summary of the candidates’ relevant competencies and have an opportunity to meet with all consultants prior to the start of the engagement.

Step 4: Execute and Manage the Engagement
From the first day of your consulting engagement, M² ensures that your project is tracking according to plan, with milestones and checkpoints along the way.

Step 5: Submit Deliverables and Transfer Knowledge
As your engagement comes to a close, M² provides final deliverables and any additional findings and recommendations. We also transfer knowledge to your in-house team to institutionalize the value created by the project.
