Lansman’s career includes:
- Consulting with executives to define mission-critical business initiatives, including preparing proposals, project requirements, and budgets.
- Working in a range of technology disciplines to deliver technical specifications, manage development of mainframe, client-server, and Web applications, and design associated business processes, participating through the implementation phase.
- Delivering management presentations, conducting training seminars, and participating in strategic forums.
His M² engagements have included:
- Served as product manager and interim product manager for several client marketing programs.
- Provided project management expertise to manage multiple work streams that feed into a multi-faceted (direct mail, web, mass media, public relations) integrated marketing campaign.
- Developed the pricing architecture for a new financial product.
- Created change control procedures for a newly created centralized document portfolio management function.
- Established a metrics program to accelerate
'speed to market' of a new consumer credit product.
